How do I redeem my coffee subscription?

Subscriptions are bought and redeemed in the M&B Loyalty App. Open the Subscription Tab, select your subscription and redeem one coffee a day at any Mugg & Bean nationwide.

Where is my Loyalty Balance?

These are digital credits accumulated through our Loyalty App by scanning your restaurant bills. You can spend your Loyalty Rands on future food and drink purchase at restaurants nationwide.

What are your opening hours?

Hours vary by restaurant and format. Please use our restaurant locator to check your nearest Mugg & Bean.

Do you cater for dietary requirements?

Yes. Our menu includes vegetarian and vegan options, and we're happy to accommodate allergies and other dietary requirements where we can. Just let your server know when ordering.
